Passing through the valleys Northern region Møre og Romsdal, we go down to the waters Halsaford.

Finally, we arrived at the ferry crossing Halsa-Kanestraum.

A roads in Norway are along the coastline - most towns and settlements are located near water. As the shores of the fjords is very indented, the distance by land was often significantly longer than on water. So on the main highways arranged a ferry crossing from one fjord to another. It is fast, convenient, and much cheaper than going the circuitous route along the shore. Some of the ferries run very often, some 1-2 times a day, but the schedule of our trip was made so that we don't have to wait - our bus stop was stopped right on the car deck of the ferry. Sometimes, of course, there are queues, but our way is not met.

Halsaford reaches the Width of 15 kilometers, it is one of the wide fjords of Norway.
